Under the guidance of a sales leader, you will focus on prospecting and arranging meetings with potential clients.
In the initial six months, meetings with potential clients will be conducted alongside the owner/brand manager, who will be responsible for closing sales.
During this time, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our services and key selling points, positioning you to initiate and close sales independently by month six.
Ongoing sales support will be available as needed, ensuring your continued success.
As you master independent deal closures, you will be mentored on building and leading your own sales team, with the opportunity to earn override commissions on your team's sales.
Related work experience, ideally in advertisement sales within the media industry will be preferred.
Proven ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, create tailored solutions, manage expectations, and successfully close deals.
Track record of achievements in fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environments.
Dynamic, adaptable, and hard-working attitude.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management and negotiation techniques.
Familiarity with social media platforms.
Genuine passion for news, marketing, branding events, and a solid understanding of the advertising industry.
